I can’t hook my phone up to a computer so is their a FREE website that gives you numbers you can text to get ringtones sent to your phone? I really want a Tokio Hotel ringtone

the only way i know to get free ringtones
is to CREATE them yourself. Any other way is illegal. But if you own the mp3 file beforehand, you have the right to cut it and convert it into a ringtone. I use the site Ventones to make my own ringtones for FREE.

Never had any problems and its really safe and easy.
